Frequently Asked Questions

  • A prescription or referral for physical therapy is not required for you to be seen here. Call or email to book an appointment today!

  • Please wear clothing you can freely move and stretch in.

It is also important to have access to the muscles, tissues, and joints of the body for a thorough evaluation and treatment. I recommend you wear or bring clothing that will allow for this, such as: shorts, a sleeveless shirt, tank top, or sports bra.

  • Prior to your visit, I ask that you fill out several questionnaires online so that I have an good initial understanding of your concerns when you arrive. These will be emailed to you shortly after you schedule your appointment.

In person, we start with a thorough review of your current symptoms, limitations, concerns, health history, and goals. We will then assess your posture, alignment, strength, and movement patterns for a thorough understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms. This also gives me a holistic picture of how we can maximize your strength, mobility, and function. Read more here.

We begin treatment that same day. Treatment includes a combination of hands-on therapeutic techniques; a customized home self-treatment program; and development of your personalized plan of care.

  • This clinic is an out-of-network practice. Many insurance plans will still reimburse you for a portion of your visit. I am happy to go over your insurance plan with you to see what your specific plan offers.

Working out of network allows me to see each patient for longer treatment times, and work entirely one-on-one (no double bookings or physical therapy assistants). This also means we can focus on what treatment will be most effective for you and return you to maximal health as fast as possible, without external limitations. Click here for more information.

  • There is local street parking available for general use.

There is an accessible parking space on the northeast corner of Walnut and Main. There are no steps to enter the building, and there is an elevator available. Accessible bathroom stalls are located on the 1st floor, and two accessible, single-user bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Please reach out if you have any additional questions, or if I can further assist you.

  • It is my goal to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone in the clinic. Masks are worn by patients, providers, and guests throughout the treatment session. This may change depending on the most current county guidelines. However, I am always happy to wear a mask for your comfort and peace of mind.
